All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST taxes. While we take utmost care to ensure product descriptions, batch photographs, and nutritional details are accurate, variations in color or granularity may naturally occur across artisanal agricultural batches.
An order is confirmed upon successful receipt of payment. Customers may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility by contacting customer care. Once dispatched, transit policies apply.
Due to the perishable nature of pure food items (ghee, cold-pressed oils, paneer, honey), items cannot be returned once delivered unless arrived in a damaged or defective state. Any breakage claims must be reported within 48 hours with photographic proof for an immediate free replacement.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Anand / Mumbai.
