1. Dispatch & Fulfillment Timelines
All orders placed on MILTERRA Foods are hand-packed at our fulfillment hub within 24 to 36 business hours. We do not dispatch during public holidays or regional transport strikes.
2. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Orders above ₹999: Free standard shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India.
- Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹75 applies at checkout.
- Express Air Delivery: Available for select tier-1 metro cities at ₹150 surcharge.
3. Estimated Transit Times
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 3 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Northeast, Jammu & Kashmir, Remote Outposts: 5 to 7 business days.
4. Glass-Safe transit Packaging
Our ghee, oils, and raw honey are bottled in glass jars. Each bottle is wrapped in multi-layer biodegradable honeycomb paper buffering and packed into heavy 5-ply corrugated outer boxes with tamper-evident security tape.
5. In-Transit Damage & Breakage Guarantee
In the rare event of transit damage or leakage:
- Take a photo or quick unboxing video of the damaged package.
- Send it via WhatsApp to our Care Desk (+91 91702 36792) or email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will dispatch a 100% free replacement immediately without requiring you to return broken glass.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, an automated SMS and WhatsApp notification containing your courier AWB tracking number (Delhivery / Bluedart / Shiprocket) will be sent to the phone number provided at checkout.
